Hey Families,
Summer is here and the festivities are all about to begin! Our VBS is June 22nd - 26th this year, be sure to sign up today! We have limited space and are accepting kids going into 1st through 6th grade at a first come basis.
Our kidsCAMP is August 5th - 8th this year and is going to be amazing! We are teaming up with some other churches from our region and hope that you are able to set the resources aside to send your kids!
Rangers and Mpact, our mid-week clubs, are taking the summer off witht the exception of Ranger camp. Keep your ears and eyes open for our September 2nd registration night.
Sunday school continues as regular for our early childhood and elementary kids. Come and take part in our first class groups for kids age birth through 6th grade at 9.30am and 11.15am.
We hope you have a wonderful summer and are looking forward to working with you at all of our summer events!

Our Rangers will be heading out to Spring-A-Rama this year. If your Ranger is in 3rd - 12th grade we would love to have them come join this adventure filled weekend!
The cost for the event is $20.00 and will be held at Lutherhaven. Ask your Commander for more information this Wednesday!

Location- Christ Memorial Church
Cost- $15.00 at the door, $10.00 before June 8th
Grades- 1st - 6th grade
Come and explore our 2009 Vacation Bible School: Crocodile Dock! This is sure to be a week of adventure and excitement as we shine God’s light! Your kids will spend their time rotating from station to station as they learn our daily lessons in various ways. Snacks, stories, games, songs and crafts are some of the ways we will be spending time together with 200 other kids and tens of approved volunteers.
If you would like to help this year, we would love to hear from you. There are lots of needs and many ways you can help us create an expierence with God that these kids will never foreget. Email Pastor Brent if you are willing to help!
Join us on May 3rd from 5.00pm - 6.00pm in the Chapel to discuss navigating the teen transition with Pastor Jefferey Portmann. We are privileged to host our Northwest Ministry Network Student Ministries Director as he shares from his heart about the transition from childhood to adolescence. We expect a great crowd so be sure to register online so that we can get a head count for those planing to attend.

In lieu of spring break this week we will not be having our regular Ranger or Mpact groups meet. We hope that you and your family are enjoying a few days off of school! And have a fun time in the snow… I didnt think that God played April fools jokes on us! See you all next week!
